Information used for the Hotel Savings Check

We use the trip information entered in the check—such as destination, dates, travelers, rooms, and stated preferences—to generate relevant pre-booking guidance. The current product does not require traveler profiles, names, email addresses, payment information, or hotel reservation details.

Completed Deal Pass state

After a completed check, Hotel Deal Pass temporarily keeps the trip details in the browser's session storage and uses a short-lived functional cookie solely to display the completed Deal Pass. This state is not used for advertising profiles or payment processing.

Website usage and measurement

Hotel Deal Pass may measure basic first-party usage events to understand how the site is used, including whether a Savings Check or Expedia widget is viewed. We do not intentionally collect unnecessary personally identifiable information through this process.

Third-party Expedia functionality

Hotel Deal Pass may embed third-party booking and search functionality from Expedia. Interactions with Expedia's widget may be subject to Expedia's own privacy and cookie practices. Hotel booking transactions occur with Expedia, not Hotel Deal Pass.

Booking information

Hotel Deal Pass does not receive payment card information or booking transaction details directly through its own interface. Expedia and Partnerize may perform affiliate attribution according to their own policies.
